Our Converting Processes

Slitter Cutting
Foam materials such as EVA, EPDM, and polyethylene, laminated and wound into master rolls, can be slit into customized dimensions according to specific project requirements. Materials can be processed up to 1700 mm in length, with strip widths as narrow as 5 mm and a maximum roll width of 400 mm.This flexibility allows different width configurations to be produced from the same roll, optimizing material usage and ensuring precise integration into sealing and insulation assemblies.

Die-Cutting
Raw materials in varying thicknesses are precisely cut into defined shapes and patterns based on technical drawings and customer specifications. Components can be produced with or without adhesive backing, depending on application needs.Die-cut insulation parts are widely integrated into automotive sealing systems, appliance vibration control elements, HVAC insulation modules, and machinery assemblies where dimensional accuracy and repeatability are critical.
